About

Who's behind QuantumRise, and how the sessions are made.

Why this exists

Hi, I'm Kai. I make QuantumRise.

Most of us don't need another app, a streak or a 30-day course. We need a few quiet minutes on the days that feel heavy: when the mind won't stop, when sleep won't come, when the morning feels like too much. QuantumRise is those few minutes, ready the moment you open it. No account, no download, nothing to figure out.

Where the breathing comes from

Every session is built on pranayama, the old yoga practice of working with the breath. We use only its gentlest, beginner practices, the ones traditional teachers start everyone with:

This is also where the old texts and modern research agree. Studies of slow breathing (around five or six breaths a minute) find it tends to shift the body toward its calmer, "rest" side, and breathing practice in general has been linked to small-to-moderate drops in how stressed people say they feel. Small and steady, not magic.

What we leave out matters just as much. No breath-holding and no fast, forceful breathing. Traditional teachers keep those for students working with a teacher in person, and modern safety advice says the same for beginners.

How a session is made

What we promise, and what we don't

QuantumRise is for relaxation and general wellbeing. It is not medical treatment, and we never claim it will cure anxiety, insomnia or anything else. Results vary from person to person.

Only practise sitting or lying down somewhere safe, never while driving or in or near water. If you're pregnant or have a health condition, please read the disclaimer first.

Free, and how it keeps going

The Breathing Room, the Stay Room and the 7-Day Reset emails are free. If the sessions help and you'd like to keep them on your phone, even offline, the Starter Pack is five guided audios for $9. Every pack sold pays for the next sessions.

Thank you for being here. Breathe easy.
